Check-in and Pick-up Information
Check-in for all campers will be at the James David Ross Recreational Center. Check-in will be between 3:00 and 3:30 pm on the first date of camp.
​
Pick-up for all overnight campers will be at the James David Ross Recreational Center. The camp concludes on the final day between 11:15 and 11:30 am.
​
Pick-up for day campers will be after the last pool session on the second and third day at 8:30 pm.

Age Ranges
The Presidential Swimming and Diving Camp is open to all swimmers and divers from ages 8 -18 years of age. Campers must be 10 - 18 years of age to attend the overnight camp experience. Campers that are 8-9 years of age are welcome to join us as day campers!

Housing and Meals
Campers will be housed in the Washington and Jefferson College resident halls and will be dining in the campus cafeteria.
​
All athletes will be paired two per room and may submit requests for roommate preferences.
​
Cost
Day Campers - $100 per day or $175 for both days
Overnight Campers - $375 for 4 days
Group Rate - $25 off if you sign up with 5 other swimmers/divers, $30 off if you sign up with 8 or more other swimmers/divers. Please indicate what group you are signing up with in the additional information section at the bottom of the registration form.

Registration Deadline
The camp registration deadline is Monday, July 4th 2022. If the camper would like a guaranteed t-shirt in their correct size, the camper must be registered and their invoice must be paid by June 4th.
*If the camp is full prior to the dates listed above, registration will close.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel at least three weeks prior to the start of camp, you may receive a refund, less $75 registration fee.
​
Cancellations within three weeks prior to the start of camp, or failure to appear at the start of camp will NOT be refunded.
