Presidential Swimming and Diving Day Clinics

The Presidential Swimming and Diving Day Clinic will be on September 16, 2023. The cost per swimmer/diver is $130 for one day clinic. Swimmers/divers will be provided with lunch, all activities, and Presidential Swimming & Diving Camp gear.

Divers MUST have experience on 1M in order to be considered for this 3M diving experience. Divers do not need to be experienced on 3M specifically.

During the day clinics, the staff at Presidential Swimming and Diving will go over stroke technique and race strategy in the pool sessions and classroom sessions. Swimmers will work on starts, turns, and finishes. The clinic will also provide swimmers/divers with mental preparation and nutrition information.

• 9:00 am - Check-In

• 9:15 - 9:45 am - Dryland

• 9:45 - 10:15 am - Classroom Session

• 10:15 - 11:45 am - Pool Session  

• 11:45 - 12:30 pm - Lunch

• 11:30 - 2:00 pm - Pool Session
